🔍 When your order was placed, your bank may have first authorized the transaction by temporarily holding the funds.

Once approved, the final order amount is processed and captured.

✅ Rest assured, you will only be charged once.

The temporary authorization hold typically drops off within a few business days, leaving only the final charge.

🏦 City Pop doesn’t control how authorization holds appear or clear on your account — this depends on your card issuer.

If the hold doesn’t fall off within a few business days, we recommend contacting your card issuer directly.
