Orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise specified. Orders placed on Friday will ship by the following Tuesday. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship by the following Wednesday. Overnight orders placed by 11:00 AM MST will ship the same day (except weekends); orders after this time will ship the next business day. Orders requiring cold packing and expedited shipping will only ship Monday through Wednesday. We do not ship cold items on Thursday or Friday, unless overnight shipping is selected.

We ship via the most economical carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to meet your requested delivery date. For guaranteed delivery on a specific day, please use overnight shipping, as couriers do not guarantee delivery for ground packages or first-class mail.

Please double-check your address information. A $25 address change fee will apply to packages already shipped. City Pop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so we recommend shipping to a secure location, such as a work or gated address.

For meltable items, we recommend using 2-day or overnight shipping. While we cannot guarantee items will not melt, this helps minimize the risk. Expedited shipping options include free cold packs. Shipping to a work address may also help prevent your items from being left outside and melting.

For orders with discounted or free shipping, City Pop reserves the right to select the most economical shipping method.
