Customers have the option to choose their preferred courier at checkout, even for ground shipping methods. Available carriers include FedEx and UPS. Please note that if you select a specific carrier and are charged for shipping, this charge cannot be refunded, as we must book service with the selected courier rather than using a more economical method of our choice. For expedited service, please select options with “Express,” “2-Day,” or “Overnight” in the service name.
Order Processing and Shipping Schedule:
Orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise specified.
Orders placed on Friday will ship by the following Tuesday.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship by the following Wednesday.
Overnight orders placed by 11:00 AM MST will ship the same day (except weekends); orders after this time will ship the next business day.
Orders requiring cold packing and expedited shipping will only ship Monday through Wednesday. Cold items are not shipped on Thursday or Friday unless overnight shipping is selected.
We normally ship via the most economical carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to meet your requested delivery date. For guaranteed delivery on a specific day, please select overnight shipping, as couriers do not guarantee delivery for ground or first-class packages.
Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your address information. A $25 address change fee will apply to packages already shipped. City Pop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so we recommend shipping to a secure location, such as a work or gated address.
Meltable Items:
For meltable products, we recommend 2-day or overnight shipping. While we cannot guarantee items will not melt, expedited shipping helps minimize the risk. Expedited options include free cold packs, and shipping to a secure work address may prevent items from being left outside.
Discounted or Free Shipping:
For orders with discounted or free shipping, City Pop reserves the right to select the most economical shipping method.
