My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.Updated 5 months ago
If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave your package in a safe location. Be sure to check around your home, including porches, patios, or hidden spots, as well as with neighbors or building management who might have accepted the package on your behalf.
Depending on your location, some carriers may hand off the final delivery to the postal service. If this is the case, it’s important to check cluster boxes or mailboxes, as smaller packages might be placed there.
Always refer to your order confirmation email for tracking information and use the carrier’s website to track your shipment. For added convenience, we recommend signing up for text alerts through the carrier to stay updated on your package’s journey.
Additionally:
- Double-check the shipping address in your order confirmation email to ensure the package was sent to the correct location.
- Note that packages are occasionally marked as delivered by the carrier but may take additional time to actually arrive.
If you still can’t locate your package, please reach out directly to the carrier for assistance. If further support is needed, don’t hesitate to email our team—we’re here to help!
