📍 Need to update your shipping address? Good news — you can now do it in your account!
✨ Update your address from your account
If your order is still being prepared, you can change the shipping address yourself in just a few seconds:
- Log in to your account and open your order.
- Select “Edit shipping address.”
- Enter your new address and save.
This option is available while your order is in Processing, Pre-Production, or In-Production. If you don’t see the option, your order has already moved further along — see below.
✏️ Can’t edit it yourself? Please contact us as soon as possible.
As long as your order hasn’t entered the packaging and shipping process, we’ll do our best to update it for you.
⚠️ Once your order has shipped, address changes must be handled by the carrier.
📬 Once your address is updated, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your new shipping details. It should arrive within a few minutes — if you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
