Due to the nature of our products, including all edible items, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made.

We understand that taste preferences can vary. If you’re not satisfied with a flavor you ordered, unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund. To help you discover your favorites, we recommend trying our mini bags, which contain 3 cups of popcorn. These smaller sizes allow you to explore new flavors without committing to a larger purchase.

That said, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us right away. Our team will review the issue and work to resolve it, which may include providing a replacement, discount, or store credit. We’re here to ensure you have the best experience possible!
