At City Pop, we know that plans can sometimes change, and we’re here to assist! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate edits, additions, or updates. To maximize the chance of making adjustments, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing your order.
For updates to your shipping address or contact details, it’s crucial to reach out right away to avoid delays or misdirected packages. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make any changes. If a package needs to be redirected due to an address error, our carrier imposes a $25.00 fee for the update, which we are unable to waive.
We encourage you to carefully review your address at checkout and verify it in the confirmation email sent immediately after placing your order. Unfortunately, if we are not contacted to correct an error before shipping, we are unable to replace a package or waive any associated redirect fees.
