💳 Ready to use your Kernel Perks rewards? Follow the steps below to make sure your rewards appear at checkout.

⚠️ First, make sure you're using the correct email address.

Your Kernel Perks rewards are connected to the specific email address you used to enroll in Kernel Perks.

You must log in and check out using that same email address for your rewards to appear. If you have another City Pop account under a different email address, your Kernel Perks rewards will not appear when using that account.

You can verify your enrolled email address in either of these ways:

📱 Option 1: Check your Kernel Perks Wallet Pass

1. Open your Kernel Perks pass in your mobile wallet.
2. Tap the card to view the details on the back of the pass.
3. Look for your enrolled email address in the card details.

💻 Option 2: Check your City Pop account

1. Visit account.citypopdenver.com.
2. Log in using the email address you think may be associated with Kernel Perks.
3. Click “Kernel Perks Rewards.”
4. If that email address is enrolled, you will see your Kernel Perks rewards amount. If it is not enrolled, the page will indicate that you are not enrolled.

💡 Have multiple email addresses? Repeat these steps with each email address until you find the account that displays your Kernel Perks rewards. That is the email address you need to use when shopping and checking out.

🛒 How to apply your rewards:

1. Log in using the same email address associated with your Kernel Perks membership.
2. Add your items to your cart.
3. On the cart page, click “Apply Store Credit.”
4. Continue to checkout using that same email address.
