To see your Kernels Perks Rewards balance, you first need to be logged into your online account (https://account.citypopdenver.com). If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one quickly on our website.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Rewards Page

Once logged in, go to the Kernel Perks Rewards page. Here, you will see your current rewards balance displayed clearly along with helpful information on how to use your rewards.

Step 3: Check Your Balance

Your rewards balance will be shown in dollars and cents (e.g., $12.50).

Step 4: Use Your Rewards at Checkout

When you shop on our site and are logged in, your Kernels Perks Rewards balance will automatically appear in the Store Credit section during checkout. Just select Apply store credit to redeem your rewards as payment toward your order.
